to be constrained: a thought

Work and school have gained control of my time and I am.. constrained (restrained, held-back, nailed down, withheld, encumbered, bound, not free, reigned in.) So I attempt to learn more (German, Philosophy, English Appreciation, and Gymnastics).

Likely a further post will be refering to one of the above subjects, so this would be a bridge of sorts. To avoid confusion.

Work is helping out a handyman doing handy things... like shovelling gravel and dirt. I'm grateful for the job though, and the guy has a master in Philosophy. (c: Helps with all my questions about existence, maybe. Yes, I have questions. Somehow I've been cursed with the need to know answers to questions other people don't even see the point in asking and I just re-realized that Philosophy is the subject that tries to answer those (or at least clarify them). How interesting.

Of other note, I'm a gimp user and have just begun being an OpenOffice.org advocate. And I'm downloading John Piper sermons.
