Well.. it's been tooooo long since my last post. What I've been up to lately.. Surfing a bit, and hunting for a new place to live. The people who own the house I'm currently living are moving back from Peru (where they were doing translation work), and so I must find residence elsewhere. There are a couple options so far, one within 10 minutes walk from my work, for a low price (shared room). Another place within 10 minutes drive of my work, for slightly more with a room to myself. I'm hoping for either one as they both look great. It'd be nice to have a room for myself, but the savings at the other place would amaaazing.
So! This past weekend my cousin, myself and a friend of ours went up north to Santa Barbara area for a bit of camping and wandering the streets up there. It was a lot of fun and we saw Ellen Degeners (sp?) and her girlfriend! Also went wall-climbing at UCSB, went swimming in the pools of some newly built homes that my cousin helped to landscape. All in all, a grand time. Next weekend will also be a lot of fun, but more on that after the fact. (c:
