Sometimes, people just don't want to accept the truth.
Or they just can't shake the notion that you can work miracles...
strangely enough, the miracles do seem to happen. i've been able to fix about everything that isn't working.

I've fallen into the "uncredentialed tech magician" category in a few places. It's hard to explain, but with little more than a willingness to tinker you can heal many things. Half the time the problems go away by themselves.
