dream travelling

Just woke up... 10:30am... and had dreams during the morning all across 4 countries. Pretty fantastic.. Starting in Holland, I journeyed to the nearby country of Finland (Helsinki) which was frozen over, but the ice was thawing, so the streets were very dangerous. You had to stay on top of the ice or else get swept away by the rivers of water passing by underneath (this is on the street btw). Nothing like reality, but oh well. I was actually showing some other people around and got on a slippery icy slope, went sliding pretty fast and... off a cliff about 200 feet up into an area filled with trees. Grabbed a branch, hit a branch, did some fast stepping and somehow made it to the forest floor without too much damage. Ahhh.. yes, my lighting fast imaginary reflexes.

Woke up for a sec.

Fell asleep into a really awkward situation in my house in the philippines. Hard to explain the tensions but someone was making themselves at home in our house and we were pretty powerless to stop them. Was one of our land-lady's sons. Could hear Menchu laughing in the background. Not many people there, but I think my sister was around. So I went out biking and... met up with a white-haired lady on a bike and we were in India (she lived there and had a husband who smoked). Started moving through a maze of close (meaning ~two feet) stairways that all look the same and lead to small apartments. Beautiful designs. Claustrophobic though. A true yellow maze of ups and downs and everything looking the same. That's about where I woke up. Weeeird.

Fun travelling though.

Dreams are interesting! I can believe the wierd tensions of our sojourn in the Espiritu house cropping up in a dream, however. Whew! Nice that you have so many countries to draw on for dream travels! :-)

Crazy weird! Kind of reminds me of dreams of my own MK childhood, except differently odd.

PS, did you check out the parkour video on my blog yet? It is very incredible what the guy can do. Great inspiration, although a bit vertigo inducing sometimes.

I think the Lord is talking to you guys. God really uses dreams. I know in my life they are material means of understanding God's sign posts for us. They can reveal all sorts of realities in the spiritual realm, or even the future. I think Luke you are in for some fun travels in your life across the ice. The ice could be the difficulty it will take to maintain your balance as a Christian in those places. The cliff, well, could be an experience beyond all of your control--but not God's. Sounded like you landed in tact.

Sigi na Lucas, time to quit dreaming and write a new blog! Are you going to school? Do you have a job? Does anoyone know what Peter is doing?
