It's twenty minutes and I'll be off for the weekend! Yay! And it's raining outside. Those are two things I'm excited about. The rain surprised me as I happened to be outside as it started. Big drops. At first I thought some pipe must be spraying way above my head, but I was wrong, and happily so!
What sounds does rain make? Pitter-patter. Shhhhhhh. Krrrrrrrrrahhhh!!! (monsoon rain on tin roof)

We have h ad a bit of pitter-patter and shhhhh today as a typhoon passes by north of us. I hope we will get some more before it is over! Makes for a perfect Christmas baking day!
The sound of rain on a tin roof is my favorite sound! I couldn't get enough of it in Cambodia and have been missing it in this country.
