this is kind of sick. that's the warning.
I found out why I threw up on my third day of swimming about a year ago. I mean, aside from the fact that I was totally unprepared for it and all.. it was because of the combination of food that I ate before going to the pool. Apparently olive oil slows down the digestion process, which is usually a good-ish thing, but I ate a LARGE bowl of raw oats with milk... and it sure wasn't digested much. So, note to self, don't chug a shot of olive oil after a meal if you're going to do something athletic. Unless you want to throw up.
