I think I just found one of the best resources for flight shopping. I highly recommend it. It's called FareCompare. It's a really smoothly designed site and gives excellent prices. I think it would do particularly well if you are buying well in advance (though has 'alert' ability to alert you if a price drops on a specific flight you want to make). Good stuff. Great site.
