it is past time I posted again.
Actually, I've already posted twice since the last one that is up on this blog, but I took down both because they didn't sit well with me. Ranting often doesn't.
So, other things to write about, the moon is quite brilliant tonight. I wish i was camping somewhere or visiting people, that we could sleep out under the sky. Last time I did that was on voyage on the Doulos, quite a while back. On land is not as nice, I think. The movement of the ship, the constant breeze, the silence and clearness of the sky as it shifts back and forth (or up and down, depending on which way you're angled to the movement of the ship). And then waking up too early because of the sunlight (or because it is just TOO cold to try and sleep any more). Ah.. such a blessing.
The sky may be one of the most awe and worship inspiring thing to me. Cloud formations, sunsets, straight-up blue without end, stars beyond number, galaxies vast beyond comprehension. And a moon that reflects onto the dark side of the world, defining the shadows with silver, colourless light.

Dad and I noticed the beautiful, clear moon last night and he said, wouldn't it be nice if we lived someplace where we could take a nice quiet walk by moonlight? I like thinking that you and we are enjoying, thanking God, for the same moon on different sides of the world...
I was coming home from work and when I got out of my car I just had to pause and feel the quiet bright moon. Beautiful.
Hey!--We were noticing the moon last night too! In fact, we ate dinner outside by moonlight in the backyard-- it just seemed like the right thing to do...
how unusual that we would all enjoy the moon so much in such a short length of time! I generally do not pay much attention to it, as I'm indoors at work into most of the evening.
Neat that we can see the same moon from so many places around the world, romantic in a way, isn't it? (romantic as in, the classic sense of the word, not gushy-love-romantic).
