Are there any more photos like that (or comics) from old nuke safety pamphlets? i'm sure I could find some online. I'm a big collector of WW2 propaganda (both domestic and foriegn) but I think I want to start collecting 1950's cold war stuff as well. Where'd you find that?
I was given a book from the 50's called the "Good Citizen's Handbook", which is bursting with great graphics like this one. And a whole chapter on how a good citizen eats meat. And its full of men in Fedoras.
sorry suzanne, it was a surprising find. I was looking up atomic bomb pictures and that is how I came across it. Was wanting to pair the microsecond picture with a picture a bit after a microsecond. heh. Not much luck finding just the right one, but i did find the safety picture which you now enjoy.

Neat post! That hat is about as helpful as ducking and covering under a fiberglass desk.
Yeah, but you'd look good.
proprie, we know you have a thing for guys in fedoras. I actually thought of you when I posted it up. lol!
You're right. I love Fedoras. I actually own one, which i wear on a weekly basis.
